Jon’s technical and administrative talents can be used to beneficially assist chemical-process-related manufacturing companies. His talents can be applied to the execution of capital improvement projects for new, modernized, expanded, or retrofitted production facilities, or for plant-wide projects addressing major maintenance issues.
Managing Engineering-Related Services. For
companies with limited or no in-house resources, that need plant work
done, Jon can mobilize and coordinate the use of local, outsourced
services (and available client in-house staff) on their behalf.
Multi-discipline, engineering-related services can be utilized.
Preliminary planning, P&IDs, equipment layout (CAD drawings), and
associated cost estimates can be developed. Jon can also oversee work
needs from the planning and appropriation stages through to completion
(or through intermediate stages of work, as desired by the client), by
utilizing appropriate design firms, service firms, and installation
contractors. He brings to the table a 30-year track record of successful free lance work (initially as a sole proprietor, and then via his incorporated company).
Jon's role can vary to suit client needs: plant engineer, design engineer, troubleshooter, technical compliance auditor, corporate project engineer or manager, construction manager/supervisor, third party overseer, validation team member, start-up/demonstration leader, operator trainer.
Adaptability. Jon can work in different ways:
- On a contract basis as part of a client’s team (as a leader or helper)
- On a solo-consulting basis
- By leading a small consulting team of experienced associates, on an as-needed basis, via his own company
- He can work locally or remotely (interstate, or out of country)
